The rates include private use of the main floor of the lodge, the deck and grounds, and a variety of our standard tables and white plastic folding chairs (200) for your event. A comfortable number of guests for the East facing main room of The Lodge is 120 or under; however larger numbers can be supported on both sides of the main floor and outside, depending on how your event is defined.

The Lodge at Soldier Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park is a beautiful, rustic venue with incredible views, and a perfect place for any social gathering!

A site visit at The Lodge, signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure the day for your event, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. We require an additional security deposit of $500.00 (check preferred), due two weeks prior to the event to cover any damages and / or additional cleaning or event trash removal required. Security deposit refunds will be completed after the event if no damage or cleaning fee has occurred.

No Ceremony Fee *Hourly rates may also be available, depending on the details provided and timing of your event.

Your catering / bartending company will need to obtain and provide Soldier Hollow with a certificate for liquor liability coverage naming Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, The Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation and The State of Utah, Division of Parks and Recreation as additional insureds, at least 2 weeks prior to your event. A special event permit may also be required, from The Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC).

Bar Services Allowed / No Bar Security Fee.  If alcohol will be served, a professional insured, licensed bartender or bartending service is required.
