Your wedding will appear timeless, with  picturesque water wheel on the quaint powerhouse, resting on the back of the three natural spring-fed ponds on 2 acres of grounds surrounded by beautiful mountains where guest can enjoy while they attend your special event. Ceremony fee $100 plus DIY set up of chairs.

Additional fee of $200 for set up/take down of chairs for ceremony.  *Includes tables/chairs/linens/piano. Bar services allowed/No security fees
