Old-world charming indoor reception venue with fireplace, houseplants, spiral staircase with balcony inside and outside, baby-grand piano, furniture, optional lighted trees, and beautiful artwork.
BASIC VENUE RENTAL includes:
Your sole use of Ivy House events center. Any daytime events will conclude before 4pm.
Up to a 4 hour reception, usually 6pm-10pm, plus one hour of dressing and set up time. Western Garden Center will remain open during its regular store hours.
Our event planner – to help with suggestions, ideas, event plans, and time management.
2 experienced event hosts will be with you from start to finish.
Venue preparation, set-up and cleanup. Not including personalized decorations.
Our beautiful venue, including: working fireplace, houseplants, spiral staircase (with balcony inside and out), baby grand piano (not to be moved to keep in tune), furniture, chandelier lighting, lighted trees, wall spot lights, and beautiful artwork.
9 round guest tables with 9 chairs each, plus 3 different style choices for linens – choose from 50+ color choices. Specialty linens are available for upgrade. Additional tables and chairs available for additional cost. See Details
