VIP Masterpiece salad - tossed organic baby spinach with feta, toasted walnuts, sliced apples and fresh berry vinaigrette.
Caesar salad - garlic croutons, Caesar dressing, parmesan and lemon squeeze.
Southwestern salad - romaine lettuce, black beans and roasted corn, avocado, tortilla strips, with house cilantro tomatillo dressing or cilantro lime vinaigrette.
Mediterranean salad Mixed baby greens, green peppers, golden raisins, pineapple, berries, red onions and cucumber with afresh raspberry vinaigrette.

All catering includes punch and citrus water, all clear plastic plates, cups, utensils, and napkins with serving staff to man buffet.
Tables and black linens are not provided. If the venue does not include them in their rental, the buffet will require two banquet tables with linens.
