Aspen Landing’s atmosphere is one of simple elegance. Our beautiful custom built reception venue includes a lush private garden area, grand staircase, baby grand piano, rustic fireplace, and separate bride’s and groom’s dressing rooms.

The setting is perfect for an elaborate open house reception as well as intimate smaller celebrations. We are located in a central valley location near freeway access. Aspen Landing is the finest wedding reception center in the Salt Lake City area.

Reception Rates Include:

• 5 hours of exclusive use of the building and garden areas
• (10:00am-3:00pm or 5:00pm-10:00pm)
• Room to accommodate group sizes of 100 sit down, or 300+ flowing
• Wedding Consultant and Event Hostess
• Service Staff during the reception
• Cake cutting and service
• Dining tables and chairs
• Linens – white, cream or black full length with your choice of 28+ overlay colors
• Centerpieces – your choice of our 12+ centerpiece containers
• Napkins to coordinate with your event colors
• Grand piano
• Sound system with microphone
• Armoire equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player
• A beautiful and spacious Bride’s Room and a separate Groom’s Room
• Registry desk for guest book
• Cake table with linens and use of silver cake knife
• Gift table with linens and card cage
• 3 tall, 2 medium and 2 tabletop easels for portrait display

*Some outside catering is welcome. Please ask our staff if your caterer meets our qualifications.

A non-refundable deposit of $800 and a signed contract is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied towards your rental fee. Or, ask about our 3 day courtesy hold!

Wedding Ceremonies with Reception Inside or Outside $400 Includes:

• 1 additional hour prior to the reception
• Wedding Coordinator
• Rehearsal
• Seating for 100 guests
• Ceremony Music (dozens of traditional and contemporary pieces to choose from!)

Ceremony Only $600 Includes:

• 3 hours of exclusive use of the building & garden areas
• Wedding Coordinator
• Rehearsal
• Seating for 100 guests
• Ceremony Music (dozens of traditional and contemporary pieces to choose from!)

*No food or drink is allowed on the premises for ceremonies only. Ice water is provided.

Bar Service – $400 for 2 hours and $500 for 3 hours
Champagne Toast Only – $100
Sparkling Cider Toast Only – $100

Bar Service Fee Includes:

• Up to 3 hours of service
• A professionally licensed bartender
• All necessary ice and glassware

*Wedding party must provide their own bar beverages.

Champagne/Sparkling Cider Toasts Only Include:

• A professionally licensed bartender
• Toasting flutes for up to 100 guests
• Sparkling cider for up to 100 guests

*Wedding party must provide their own champagne. All sparkling cider is included. Toasting services are for one glass per guest during the designated toasting time only.
